The Kaaria - character development

Character development work, exploring a people called the Kaaria, one in 1500 of which is born with the potential to unlock a third eye, that can be used as a weapon much like the Gorgons of old. Wards are tattooed on selected people, covering their heads from a young age to try and bring about this control.
